I knew i was in a serious situation but put it off until my bank account was getting hit. Initial consult was straightforward, fees were clearly laid out and a reasonable payment schedule was set up. if you keep proper records and bring them with you, the process is very smooth. If I had to do it again, I would have contacted Burke at the first sign of trouble instead of trying to play catch up. So far a great experience, going to my "meeting" next week but have full confidence my rating will stand.
